Joey is the driver of the #22 Shell-Pennzoil Ford Mustang for Team Penske in the NASCAR Cup Series. Joey started racing at a very young age and at 19 years old became the youngest Cup winner in history. Now as a 3X Champion, he is in elite company as 1 of only 10 drivers in history to hold that title.
Joey started the Joey Logano Foundation in 2013 with a mission to help children and young adults in need of a second chance and inspire others to live a life of generosity. Over the past 5 years, the mission has been dialed in to focus on the foster care system and Joey uses his platform to advocate for partner organizations who are making a difference in their foster care community.
Brittany is the wife of Joey Logano. She is a graduate of UNC Charlotte with a degree in Psychology and Sociology. Brittany has always had a heart for community members in need. Her work experience includes running programs for the elderly and helping struggling individuals and families regain control of their lives through financial support while providing connections to resources that could improve their current positions.
Brittany’s passion is to give with no expectation of material return. She has joined the Joey Logano Foundation board in order to initiate change in the community and bring opportunity to those in need.
Warren has managed Logano’s off-track endeavors since late 2013, and has over 15 years of experience in the NASCAR industry. Before making his mark in motorsports, Warren worked for a sports marketing agency activating initiatives for two NFL teams and various high profile nationwide brands. Originally from Wilmington, NC, Warren graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Marketing and Advertising.
Passionate about giving back, Warren is committed to finding ways the Joey Logano Foundation can support those in need of a second chance.
Walt Czarnecki is Executive Vice President, a member of the Executive Committee, and a Director of Penske Corporation. He continues to be engaged in the Corporation’s professional motorsports activities where he is Vice Chairman of Team Penske. He is involved in virtually all of Penske Corporation’s current transportation services, retail automotive, motorsports and investment interests.
Walt has spent years giving back to communities across the country. He has served on numerous non-profit boards. His years of experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors provide valuable guidance and insight to the JLF organization.
Heidi is the Enterprise Account Manager, Sectors & Decarbonization for Shell where she works to support customers in reducing their emissions and accelerate decarbonization strategies. Prior to this role, Heidi was the US Sponsorship Manager for 15 years wherein, she managed Shell’s key sponsorship with Team Penske and got to know Joey Logano very well. Heidi joined Shell in 1994 as a summer intern and has taken on a variety of leadership roles over the years. In 2014, she was named as part of the Game Changers: Women in Sports Business by Sports Business Journal.
Heidi is a longtime supporter of the Joey Logano Foundation’s initiatives and now joins the Board to make an even bigger impact.
Robert currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of Scout, an innovative payment platform assisting universities and college athletes with financial literary, taxes, savings and investing. He previously Co-Founded Wheels Up, a provider of “on demand” private aviation in the US. During his tenure at Wheels Up, Robert led the sales team at the onset of the company and launched their “Flight Desk” charter department which grew to $100M in annual revenue. Wheels Up has been a proud partner of Joey Logano since 2018.
Robert enjoys giving back to the community and has been active in the Jack Martin Fund at Mt. Sinai hospital in New York, Golden Harvest Foodbank, and the Wheels Up Cares Initiative.
